Our environmental charter

Dear all,
We're delighted to welcome you to Le Neptune Campsite. Respect for the environment lies at the heart of everything we do and we're doing all we can to try and make a difference with our own resources! For us, for you and for future generations, we're doing our utmost to minimise the impact of our activity on the environment.
That's why we have put in place the following actions :

RAISING AWARENESS AMONG OUR TEAMS AND OUR CLIENTS

We pride ourselves in raising awareness among our teams and clients regarding the importance of sustainable development, the protection of the environment and CSR. Our teams are trained in the eco-actions to respect in their day-to-day tasks. As far as possible, we select our service providers and suppliers on the basis of their sustainable and social commitments.
You can find information about natural sites in the surrounding area as well as the right behaviour to adopt to protect the plants and wildlife.
We've put up displays to make it easier to sort waste in accordance with local regulations.

SAVING WATER
AND ENERGY

We've installed water saving aerators/flow limiters on the taps, shower heads and toilets, so as not to waste precious water resources.
Each month we take a gas, water and electricity reading to help us improve the way we manage our energy consumption
The temperature of the air conditioning in your mobile home is set before your arrival.
We're replacing every bulb with an LED bulb and have already equipped more than 75% of our lights.
We've installed presence detectors/timer switches in most of the communal areas to limit unnecessary consumption.

REDUCING AND SORTING OUR WASTE

We've installed a recycling point for all waste, from the most basic to the most dangerous (batteries, bulbs)
We sort all types of waste, even food waste to be converted into energy in a biogas plant.

Environmental and social dimensions are part of our DNA and our reception staff are on hand to deal with any questions or comments you may have about our environmental approach.

HERE'S HOW YOU CAN HELP WITH THIS APPROACH

• Switch off lights and the television when you leave your mobile home,
• Switch off the heating or air conditioning if you open a window,
• Report any water leaks,
• Use water in the bathroom responsibly,
• Use public transport and favour sustainable tourism,
• Let's work together to combat food waste
